On March 6, President Sadyr Japarov visited the Republican Central Mosque named after Imam Sarakhsi in Bishkek, where he held an iftar for the parishioners. In his speech, he congratulated those present on the beginning of the holy month of Orozo and called on everyone to strengthen their faith, show mercy, support each other, and perform good deeds.
The head of state emphasized that during this time it is especially important to care for others, help those in need, and strive for spiritual purification.
He expressed hope that the prayers and good intentions of the believers would be heard, and that peace, prosperity, and harmony would reign in every home. The president also noted that the month of fasting should be a time for spiritual joy, strengthening the desire for good deeds, and mutual understanding.
After that, the president participated in the iftar together with the mosque's parishioners and performed the prayer.
