A detailed 3D model of the Central Mosque has appeared in Bishkek.

This work was carried out by the international mapping service 2GIS in honor of the holy month of Ramadan for Muslims.

According to the company, users of the app can now explore the main landmark of the capital with a high degree of detail, including architectural nuances, minarets, the facade, and the surrounding area.

Representatives of 2GIS noted: “We understand how important the Central Mosque is for the residents and tourists of Bishkek, especially during Ramadan. Our goal was to create not only a navigation object but also a digital symbol that reflects the beauty of our city's architecture. The work on the model took a long time so that residents could appreciate the efforts of our 3D designers by the holiday.”
In addition, 2GIS provides users with the ability to conveniently plan their visit to the mosque:

Navigation: the app offers optimal routes for car travelers, public transport passengers, and pedestrians.

Entrances: the entrances to the territory and the building itself are clearly marked on the map.

Infrastructure: users can easily find the nearest parking lots and public transport stops.

Access to the 3D model of the Imam Sarakhsi Mosque is now available in the 2GIS mobile app for iOS and Android platforms, as well as on the website 2gis.kg. To examine the object in detail, simply find the mosque on the map and zoom in on the image or click on its icon.
