In Bishkek, salaries for employees of several municipal enterprises have been increased by 50%

In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, Mayor Aibek Junushaliev announced a significant increase in salaries for employees of municipal enterprises such as "Tazalyk," "Bishkekzelenstroy," and the "Bishkek Agency of Funeral Services." Their salaries will now be 50% higher than before.

Additionally, employees of these enterprises will receive four bonuses a year, compared to two as it was previously.

This announcement was made at an event dedicated to the Day of Housing and Communal Services Worker, which took place for the first time at the "Zhashtyk" arena in Bishkek. More than 4,800 workers from city municipal organizations participated in this event.

The city hall is also considering the possibility of raising salaries for employees of "Bishkekvodokanal" and other city services.

The mayor emphasized that this decision was made in recognition of the importance of the work of utility services and their role in the development of the city, as well as to provide additional support and motivation for the workers.
