The mayor of the city of Osh, Janarbek Akayev, visited the sanatorium in the village of Toloykan to assess the current state of the repair work.
According to the city administration, the mayor tasked the responsible services with ensuring high quality of construction work and adherence to deadlines for their completion.
He emphasized that the modernization of such institutions will not only improve the health of local residents but also create more comfortable conditions for the rest of the city's guests.
The sanatorium is a four-story building with a total area of 3300 square meters. Reconstruction work began in September 2025, and currently, 70% of the necessary activities have been completed. The roof has been completely replaced, and internal and external finishing work is being carried out, including the installation of new windows and doors.
In addition, heating, electrical, and fire safety systems are being modernized. According to the project, new furniture and an elevator will be installed in the building.
