Daniyar Abdybekov has become the new advisor to the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, responsible for public relations. This information was officially announced by the relevant department.
About Education and Professional Experience
Daniyar holds a higher education degree in economics and has undergone additional training in Almaty to enhance his qualifications. He also possesses several international certificates obtained during his professional development.
His career began at the Ministry of Transport and Communications, after which he held the position of senior consultant in the apparatus of the Jogorku Kenesh, where he was responsible for legislative and analytical activities.
Abdybekov actively participated in projects related to "green" energy and also interned in cities such as Beijing and Shanghai as part of experience exchange programs.
In the academic field, he is the author of several articles on investments that have been published in specialized scientific collections.
Prior to his new appointment, he was engaged in project and analytical work at an international foundation.
For his service in the public sector, Daniyar received the class rank of "Advisor of the 3rd class of the civil service" and was awarded a letter of appreciation from the president's office, an honorary diploma "Alkysh" from the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, as well as several other awards.
In the official statement, it is noted that the newly appointed advisor will address issues of the ministry's information policy, strengthen public relations, and ensure transparency in the department's activities.
