In the Chui region, in the Moscow district, the rights of three orphaned children to receive land plots have been restored. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Kyrgyzstan.
During a check aimed at protecting the rights of orphans to land, it was established that three orphans living in the village of Petrovka in the Tort-Gul rural district had not received land plots out of turn, which contradicts current legislation.
As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, each of the orphans was allocated a land plot of 11 acres for individual housing construction, and they were also handed state acts confirming their ownership rights to the land.
