In Bishkek, more than 6,000 subscribers may be disconnected from electricity due to debts

In Bishkek, more than 6,000 electricity users may face disconnection due to unpaid debts. This was reported by the Bishkek Electric Networks Company.

According to the company, on March 24, 2026, a remote disconnection of subscribers with debts for consumed electricity is planned using automated metering systems (AMS).

In this regard, energy workers strongly recommend that residents of the capital pay their bills on time to avoid disconnection and the associated inconveniences.

For user convenience, the company’s website has a section called "Subscriber Balance," where you can check the current status of your account. Additionally, residential customers can obtain information about their balance through the "My Light" mobile application, available in Play Market and App Store.

Furthermore, information can be obtained through the 24-hour call center at short numbers 1209 and 105, as well as via mobile phones and WhatsApp.
