The Bishkek Electric Networks Company reminds its subscribers of the necessity to pay their electricity bills on time.

Tomorrow, December 25, 2025, more than 6000 subscribers will be disconnected from electricity supply due to outstanding debts. To prevent unpleasant situations, the branch of JSC "NESK" urges its clients to monitor their payments more actively.

For the convenience of subscribers, the company’s website features a section "Subscriber Balance," where clients can check their account status at any time. Residential subscribers can also check their balances through the mobile application "My Light," available in Play Market and AppStore. Additionally, clients can contact the 24-hour Call Center at numbers 1209, 105, as well as mobile phones 0772/0556 00 12 09 or send a message via WhatsApp to the number 0702 001209.

Bills can be paid through terminals "Quickpay," "Pay24," "UMAI," "KICB," "Megacom," "O!," "Onoy," as well as through electronic wallets "Mbank," "O!," "MegaPay," "UMAI," "Elsom." Payments are accepted at the cash desks of "RSK Bank," "Dos Credo Bank," "Bakay Bank," "Commercial Bank of KYRGYZSTAN," "Halyk Bank," "KICB Bank," "Optima Bank," and "Kyrgyzpost," which operate in real-time, according to information from the Bishkek PES.
