Arrest of bank accounts and travel ban abroad — residents of the city of Manas were informed about the consequences of not paying fines
According to information received from the employees of the Manas City Department of the Bailiff Service, they, along with the city prosecutor's office and the road safety department, are conducting explanatory work to raise awareness about the necessity of paying fines for administrative violations.
As part of this effort, citizens are informed about their obligations to pay administrative fines. Legislation requires that fines and state payments be made within the established deadlines and in full. In case of late payment, coercive measures may be applied to debtors, such as the seizure of property, placement of vehicles in specialized impound lots, arrest of bank accounts, as well as restrictions on registration actions and a temporary ban on leaving the country.
Specialists noted that it is possible to check for outstanding fines and make payments through special online portals, mobile applications, or at authorized points. In case of completion of enforcement proceedings after the debt has been settled, it is necessary to provide a document confirming payment to the Manas City Department of the Bailiff Service.
