According to the new document, commercial banks and payment organizations are not allowed to charge fees:
- from individuals for transfers in the national currency made through mobile applications and internet banking;
- from recipients of international money transfers if they are issued on the territory of Kyrgyzstan without opening an account.
Representatives of the National Bank noted that the old commission rules will only apply in cases that do not contradict the new regulation. In addition, the document cancels the regulation from October 23, 2024, regarding "measures to improve the accessibility of banking services."
