Within the framework of this document, two main aspects were approved:
- The procedure for notifying about the entry into force, suspension, or denunciation of international treaties, as well as their publication, has been established.
- The provision on the Unified State System for Registration and Accounting of International Treaties of the country has been defined.
In addition, the new decree cancels the previous government act from January 27, 2015, No. 24, which concerned the conclusion, application, and termination of international treaties, as well as their state registration and publication.
This act will come into effect 10 days after its official publication.
