According to the adopted document, new state duty amounts are established for various notarial actions. In particular:
- Certification of non-payment on a promissory note or check will cost 2% of the amount, but no less than two calculation indicators;
- Document storage will cost 2% of their declared value for each month, but no less than one calculation indicator;
- Imposition of a maritime protest (declaration) — 5 calculation indicators;
As for other notarial actions, such as certification of obligations for compensation of damages or debt repayment:
- for individuals — 200 soms;
- for legal entities — 400 soms;
For the issuance of a notarial order, the following rates are provided:
- for individuals — 1,000 soms;
- if one of the parties is a legal entity — 2,000 soms.
These changes will come into effect seven days after publication.
