In accordance with the resolution, the loss norm is set at 8.3 percent of the total volume of gas entering the company's gas transportation and distribution network.
This order was adopted based on the provisions of the Tax Code and the methodology defined by a government resolution.
The Ministry of Energy has instructed its department for fuel, gas, and heat supply to ensure the publication of the order within three days. After that, a copy of the document will be sent to the Ministry of Justice for registration in the state register of regulatory legal acts, as well as to the presidential administration.
The order will take effect 15 days after its publication.
