The Minister of Energy, Talaibek Ibraev, has instructed strict compliance with the cabinet of ministers' resolution regarding electricity conservation (order dated November 5, 2025, No. 949-t).
He indicated that electricity disconnections in educational institutions should only occur after classes have ended and before they begin, in order to ensure the continuity of the educational process.
Ibraev also noted that ignoring these instructions will be regarded as a disciplinary violation, which will lead to accountability for the heads of the respective institutions.
The Minister assured that this situation is under his personal control and urged all state and municipal organizations to strictly adhere to the established energy-saving regime.
