The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, expressed his dissatisfaction with the initiative of the Minister of Energy, Talaybek Ibraev, regarding the implementation of a "unlimited tariff" for electricity. This information was announced by the president's press secretary, Askhat Alagozov.
Japarov emphasized that such proposals are unacceptable in the current conditions of electricity shortages and could exacerbate social problems in society.
He also issued an order for the immediate cessation of the application of such a tariff and demanded the development of measures aimed at ensuring equal and fair access for citizens to electricity during the winter period.
