Tashiev explained that all state institutions must completely turn off electricity starting at 6:00 PM. He pointed out that in some ministries, air conditioners operate around the clock to maintain a comfortable temperature. "Now this will become impossible," he added. He also emphasized that there are no temperatures below -30 degrees Celsius in Kyrgyzstan, and a half-hour pause in heating offices will not be critical.

The head of the State National Security Committee also noted that in the case of large premises with security, the number of staff should be increased, but electricity must be turned off. "In some law enforcement agencies, turning off the lights is impossible, so a balanced approach is needed," he noted.

According to Tashiev, the Minister of Energy assured him that there would be no rolling blackouts in the country. "No one will intentionally turn off the lights," he added, noting that despite the shortage of water resources, the country will still be able to provide electricity to the population.

Tashiev urged citizens to use electricity sparingly, emphasizing that this year electricity production has decreased. "Thank God, there is enough electricity, but we need to save it to avoid depleting reserves," he concluded.

Tashiev also warned that provocateurs spreading information about temporary outages due to repair work should be cautious. "There will be no special rolling blackouts. Energy workers, I ask you to follow the established schedules," he added.
