During a meeting with residents of Balykchy, he emphasized that state support has significantly increased in recent years. In particular, the following amounts are planned for 2025:
- 4–5 billion soms for Naryn;
- 1.5 billion soms for Tokmok;
- 1.5 billion soms for Toktogul;
- 1 billion soms for the construction of the Osh – Kara-Suu road;
- 1.5 billion soms for the road in the Alaï district.
According to Tashiev, these funds are being formed from the President's Stabilization Fund, which is replenished through the fight against corruption and the return of illegally privatized properties to state ownership.
“Violations in the privatization of land and industrial facilities are observed almost throughout the country. For example, bus depots in Balykchy have become private. If you look at the complete list, it will be very long. The state is returning everything that was stolen, and I personally oversee this process,” he noted.
The president instructed to accumulate all collected funds in the Stabilization Fund. These funds are deposited into the deposit or special accounts of the State Agency for Urban Development and Investment (GAUGI), and then distributed by the president's decree strictly for their intended purpose, and no one has the right to dispose of them otherwise,” Tashiev added.
