Currently, there are no rolling blackouts in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported to the Kabar agency by Emilbek Ismanov, the First Deputy Minister of Energy of the country.

He explained that temporary outages in certain regions may occur due to overloads or surges during peak electricity consumption hours. "Outages during periods of high demand are usually related to scheduled maintenance, accidents, or overloads in the power grids," Ismanov added.
