Information on electricity production has been published
During the event, data on electricity consumption and production in the republic were announced.
According to the ministry's information, during the specified period, the total electricity consumption in the country amounted to 13.8 billion kWh, while the volume of domestic production reached 11.3 billion kWh.
The structure of electricity production is as follows:
- Large hydropower plants — 9.7 billion kWh;
- Small hydropower plants — 0.18 billion kWh;
- Mini-hydropower plants — 0.16 billion kWh;
- Thermal power plants — 1.3 billion kWh;
- Solar power plants — 0.7 million kWh.
In addition, to meet domestic demand, 2.7 billion kWh of electricity was imported from neighboring countries.
