He emphasized: "Each of you will be held accountable if you do not show results in your area of work. I say this directly: everyone will be responsible. Akims are obliged to create conditions for improving the quality of life for the residents of their districts."
Tashiev also noted that there is a category of akims who, after working for two years in their position, demand a transfer to another institution as if they are doing someone a favor. "We do not need such favors. We must work around the clock, following the president's directives," he added.
In his speech, he also expressed hope that in a year, the residents of Balykchy will be able to say: "Our lives have improved, the city has become more attractive, and all our problems have been solved." Tashiev urged everyone to work hard to achieve this goal.
