According to the information, the reconstruction works on the fourth hydro unit of the Toktogul HPP have been completed by 100%.
The testing phase has already begun.It is specified that the key objective of these activities is to extend the service life of the station, increase the installed capacity from 1,200 to 1,440 MW, and implement a modern automated control system.
Work has also been completed on the modernization of the second hydro unit of the Uch-Kurgan HPP as part of the program for the rehabilitation of the country's hydropower facilities. Currently, equipment testing is also taking place at this site.
After the successful completion of the tests, the hydro units of both HPPs will be officially put into operation, as stated in the announcement.
