During the inspection of one of the booths, a young man named M. M., born in 2006, was detained, and 74 grams of marijuana were found in his possession.
According to the investigation, on September 8, M. M. collected wild-growing cannabis on a slope in the village of Tash-Kiya, located in the upper part of Karakol. Later, on September 9, around 10:00 PM, he brought the collected cannabis for joint consumption with N. Ch., also born in 2006.
A criminal case was initiated for "Illegal production of narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, and their analogs without the intent to sell."
Currently, the investigative actions have been completed, and the case materials have been sent to court for further consideration, as stated in the announcement.
