
As of November 10, 2025, over 12,200 social contracts have been signed in the republic aimed at supporting low-income and needy families. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Development, and Migration.
The main objective of this program is to provide targeted assistance to vulnerable families to help them escape poverty through the development of their own businesses.
Program participants implement their business ideas in various sectors, including agriculture, services, trade, and manufacturing.
Analyzing the distribution of signed social contracts, the largest number of projects is related to agriculture — 9,373. In the services sector, 1,112 projects are registered, in manufacturing — 925, and in trade — 727.
Among all program participants, 10,902 are women. This year, a quota for participation in the program is set at 13,333 people.
