Attending the event were Kamchybek Tashiev, as well as Major General Abdikarim Alimbaev, who heads the Border Service, along with representatives of local authorities and law enforcement agencies.
The new residential complex was built on the territory of the "Karamyk" border post, located in a high-altitude and remote area. The construction of this facility was financed from the republican budget and took one and a half years. The complex includes 18 one-room and 2 two-room apartments, fully equipped for living.

On the territory of the residential complex, there are children's and sports playgrounds, a boiler room with a coal storage, as well as a transformer substation. There are also tanks for water storage, including a fire reserve and a sewage system. Landscaping, improvement, internal roads, and parking areas were also taken into account during the design.
It is also reported that as part of cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, one apartment was handed over to a law enforcement officer from the village of Karamyk in the Chon-Alai district.
