Round-the-clock operations to spread inert materials are being carried out by the state enterprises "Kyrgyzavtojol-South" and "Kyrgyzavtojol-North".
As of 9 AM on November 4, temporary restrictions for trucks are in effect at the Toо-Ashuu pass (from 07:00), Ala-Bel pass (from 05:10) on the Bishkek - Osh road, as well as at the Otmok pass (from 07:00) on the Suusamyr - Talas - Taraz road, according to the agency's information.
The Ministry strongly recommends that drivers avoid entering oncoming lanes, strictly follow traffic rules, and change to winter tires in advance.
