Due to a sharp deterioration in weather conditions, snowfalls are observed in several regions of Kyrgyzstan. Road services continue to actively work on clearing the roads.
According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, as of November 4 at 09:00, temporary restrictions for freight transport are in effect:
— To-Ashuu Pass (restrictions introduced from 07:00 on November 4),
— Ala-Bel Pass (restrictions from 05:10 on November 4),
— Otmok Pass on the Suusamyr–Talas–Taraz route (from 07:00 on November 4).

The Ministry strongly recommends that drivers avoid entering the oncoming lane, strictly adhere to traffic rules, and replace summer tires with winter ones.
