Jalil Abdykalikovich was born on June 2, 1955, in the village of Sary-Bulak, located in the Jayil district of Chui region.
In 1979, he completed his studies at the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute and began his career at the Republican Clinical Hospital.
Since 1980, Abdykalikov worked in the healthcare sector of the Panfilov district, holding various key positions such as neurologist, psychiatrist, head of the clinic, and deputy chief physician. For the last six years, he led the Panfilov District Center for General Medical Practice.
He was described as dedicated to his work, responsible, and experienced, and he enjoyed great respect among his colleagues, making a significant contribution to the health of the population.
Since 1995, Jalil Abdykalikov actively participated in public life, serving as a deputy of the Panfilov village council.
For his achievements in healthcare, he was awarded the badge of "Excellence in Healthcare."
