Jalil Abdykalikov was born on June 2, 1955, in the village of Sary-Bulak, located in the Jayil District of the Chuy Region. In 1979, he completed his studies at the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute, after which he began his career at the Republican Clinical Hospital.
Since 1980, he held various important positions in the healthcare sector of the Panfilov District, including roles as a neurologist, psychiatrist, head of the polyclinic, and deputy chief physician. For the last six years of his life, he led the Panfilov District Center for General Medical Practice.
In his professional career, Abdykalikov was awarded the badge of "Excellence in Healthcare."
