This project proposes to supplement existing norms with new provisions regarding the formation of a registry of reputable participants in foreign economic activity. It will include legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who meet the established criteria of good faith.
Importers included in this registry will have the opportunity to pass through goods accounting points in a simplified manner. To do this, they will need to provide a document confirming their inclusion in the registry when crossing the state border.
In addition, the accounting of goods and cargo volumes for such participants in foreign economic activity will be carried out on a priority basis.
A special regulation, which will be developed by authorized state bodies, will define the procedure for forming the registry and the criteria for inclusion in it.
