The draft proposes to include cornflower blue in the main palette of the SCNS uniform. It also includes changes to the description of the field and insulated jackets, specifying the style, pocket and hood placement, as well as the attachment of shoulder boards. For senior officers, the use of a collar made of astrakhan is permitted.
In the new version, the cap will be olive green with a cornflower blue band and an eagle emblem. Colonels are allowed to use an emblem featuring the state coat of arms.
Additionally, the draft clarifies the uniform wearing standards for cadets of the A. Bakayev Academy of the SCNS, for whom separate sets of summer and winter uniforms are provided.
After the public discussion is completed and the document is officially published, the project will come into effect.
