The main goal of these changes is to optimize the process of state registration of legal entities and clarify the powers of state bodies.
In accordance with the new decree, the following changes have been made:
- The State Tax Service is granted expanded powers to approve various forms of reporting, declarations, notifications, patents, contracts, and other documents. Taxpayers will now be able to submit these forms in both paper and electronic formats.
- Coordinating bodies responsible for sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary, phytosanitary, and transport control have been defined.
In particular, at the goods accounting points on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border, coordination will be carried out by the State Tax Service, while at the road checkpoints on the Kyrgyz section of the EAEU customs border, it will be the State Customs Service.
The decree will take effect ten days after its signing.
