According to the changes, the list in Article 456 of the Code has been changed from "165, 177–180" to the broader "165–173, 175–180," adding eight new types of offenses subject to confiscation.
Additionally, new provisions 253, 256, 259, 261–264, 266–268 have been introduced after Article 228. These provisions relate to violations in the areas of transport, ecology, sanitary and technological safety, allowing for the application of confiscation and seizure of items in a wider range of administrative offenses.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked with adapting its regulations in accordance with the adopted changes within six months. The law comes into effect in ten days.
