According to the agency, the right to conduct auditing activities for organizations, as well as for those accredited to audit public interest entities and large entrepreneurs, arises from the moment of registration in the Unified State Register, as stipulated by Article 22 of the Law "On Auditing Activities".
Each auditing organization receives a unique registration number, which is used for its identification in the Unified State Register.
The message emphasizes that the use of previously issued licenses in the auditing process is strictly prohibited. Mentioning such licenses in reports, contracts, or other documents contradicts the norms of the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Furthermore, the failure to submit invalid licenses will be regarded as a violation of legislative norms in the field of auditing in Kyrgyzstan.
