The State Tax Service has updated the list of non-profit organizations that are now required to provide consolidated information about their activities. The press service reported that the new list includes funds, associations, and institutions receiving funding from abroad.

According to the new requirements, such NGOs must report on their income and expenses, specify the purposes for which the funds are used, and provide data about their partners and the projects being implemented.

The STS noted that the introduced changes are aimed at increasing the level of transparency of financial flows in the non-profit sector and preventing possible violations.

Organizations must submit information to the STS electronically by April 1 of each year through the Taxpayer's Cabinet.

Previously, only those NGOs engaged in grant activities or having the status of foreign aid recipients were required to provide consolidated data.
