During the conducted inspection, it was revealed that the specialized platform provided by the company is not operational, reports are not submitted, and internal control procedures do not meet established standards. Furthermore, "Data Group" had previously failed to fulfill the requirements for providing information on electronic wallets.
Representatives of Gosfinadzor emphasized that they will continue to adhere to a policy aimed at ensuring transparency and financial stability in the field of virtual assets and urged all operators to strictly follow licensing conditions and maintain reporting discipline.
