According to the company's press service, participants at the meeting reviewed and approved a number of measures aimed at reorganizing and optimizing the company's operations.
Among the decisions made:
- liquidation of the "Automobile Transport Enterprise" branch;
- reorganization of the "Kyrgyzaltyn-Kurulush" branch and the procurement department with the creation of a new capital construction and supply management;
- adjustment of the company's budget for 2025;
- appointment of a liquidator for the branches.
