According to the information from the department, the installation of cameras for the "Safe City" system has led to the temporary closure of traffic in this area. The exit will be reopened after the installation of the video cameras is completed.
Earlier, on December 5, witnesses reported that the exit to the avenue was accessible, but after a few hours, around 15:10, the area was again blocked by concrete barriers.
