The incident occurred on November 18 at around eleven in the morning at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Pavlov Street, where patrol officers stopped a "KIA K7" vehicle. During the check, the law enforcement officers suspected that the driver had used drugs and took him to a narcological institution for testing. The results of the test confirmed the presence of drugs in his system.
Additionally, hashish was found in the car. When asked about the origin of the substance, the detainee replied that he "found it and put it in the car to smoke later."
A investigative-operational group from the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs was called to the scene, which took the man to the police station. According to Jusupov, the detainee works as a taxi driver.
