The incident took place on November 17 at around 23:44, when the police received information about a conflict among a group of young people. Police officers were dispatched to the scene, where they detained the following individuals: K.N. (born in 2007), B.U. (2007), B.I. (2005), A.U. (2006), T.N. (2006), N.I. (2008), A.K. (2007), and I.A. (2006).
A protocol was drawn up under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic against 19-year-olds T.N., I.A., A.U., and 18-year-old A.K. All of them were placed in a temporary detention cell.
Police representatives strongly urge citizens to maintain public order.
