Operational information was received by the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata District on November 11, indicating a young man with a bag, which presumably contained drugs, near the company "Toyboss" in the village of Novopokrovka.
The investigative operational group of the Issyk-Ata District Internal Affairs Department went to the scene, where a foreigner named M.M.H., born in 2002, was stopped on the Novopokrovka—Chong-Dala highway. He was temporarily residing in Bishkek and had a package with him. Upon inspection of the contents, 24 capsules with a characteristic odor were found, weighing a total of 116.1 grams.
Expert examination established that the seized substances contained nicotine and MDMB(N).
The case has been registered under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale. The foreigner has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, an investigation is underway.
