In the Chuy region, law enforcement agencies detained a foreign citizen suspected of illegal production and large-scale distribution of drugs. This was reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chuy region.
On November 11, 2025, information was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district regarding a suspicious individual with a bag near the LLC "Toyboss" in the village of Novo-Pokrovka, which possibly contained narcotic substances.
According to the received data, the investigative-operational group went to the scene. On the Novo-Pokrovka — Chon-Daly highway, near the BChK, a citizen identified as M.M.K., born in 2002, who is temporarily residing in Bishkek, was detained. A black bag containing 24 brown rubber capsules emitting a specific odor was found in his possession. The weight of the seized narcotic was 116.1 grams.
A forensic chemical examination was appointed for the substance, which confirmed the presence of nicotine and MDMB(N), classifying it as a psychotropic substance.
A criminal case has been initiated against M.M.K. under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale).
The citizen was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
