According to law enforcement, the driver of the dump truck, A. D. uulu, born in 1998, while traveling from south to north, hit a metal barrier located on the Big Chui Canal. Continuing on, he collided with the Toyota Land Cruiser, driven by N. E. B., born in 1984, who was moving in the opposite lane. As a result of the incident, both vehicles were placed in a penalty parking lot, and an investigation into the circumstances of the accident is currently underway.
