The incident occurred on November 12 at around 12:30 PM, when the police received a report that the body of a dead girl had been found at a dump in the village of Komsomolskoye.
The investigative operational group that arrived at the scene discovered that a local resident, G.I., born in 1975, found the body in a garbage bin on Dorožnaya Street. The child was wrapped in a black women's T-shirt and placed in a white bag, with the umbilical cord left uncut.
The body of the newborn has been sent for forensic examination to determine the cause of death.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the murder of a newborn child by its mother.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspect was identified — a citizen, A.F., born in 2002, who is temporarily residing in this village. She has been arrested and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
