The incident occurred on November 12, when around 12:30 PM, a report was received at the operational duty unit that a baby's body had been found at a garbage dump in the village of Komsomolskoye. An investigative operational group immediately went to the scene.
It became known that a local resident named G.I., born in 1975, discovered the newborn girl without signs of life in a trash container on Dorožnaya Street. The body was wrapped in a white bag and a black T-shirt, and the umbilical cord had not been tied.
To establish the exact cause of the infant's death, the body has been sent for a forensic examination.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic — "Murder by a mother of a newborn child."
During operational search activities, law enforcement identified the suspect — a 22-year-old citizen A.F., who was temporarily residing in the village. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
