The incident occurred on November 6, when unidentified individuals damaged the stairs that had recently been repaired.
According to information from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the southern capital, the offender turned out to be a woman born in 1982.
“She left her Lexus 570 near the bridge, visited a business center, and then, when she was about to leave, she hit the slabs. Frightened by what happened, she left the scene of the incident. As a result, the woman fully compensated for the damage caused, and the police imposed a fine of 5,500 soms on her for creating an emergency situation,” the statement noted.
