In Moscow, a court has decided to arrest 64-year-old Galina Malukhina for two months on charges of attempted murder of a minor. This was reported by "Meduza".

The incident occurred on November 9 at the platform of the "Taganskaya" metro station, where the woman pushed a 13-year-old girl onto the tracks due to "suddenly arising personal animosity." Fortunately, bystanders managed to pull the girl back onto the platform before the train arrived. A video of the incident quickly went viral on social media.

During the court hearing, Malukhina explained her actions, claiming that the girl had insulted her: "She was laughing loudly and looking at me, and I perceived it as a personal insult. I pushed her without intending to harm or kill her," the prosecution quoted the defendant's words.

Now the woman is set to undergo a psychological and psychiatric examination.
