On the night of November 8, patrol police officers stopped a "Mercedes" vehicle. During their interaction with the driver, the patrol officers suspected him of consuming alcohol and decided to take him to a narcological dispensary for testing.
Upon arriving at the medical facility, the driver refused to provide his documents and began to behave aggressively, calling someone and ignoring the demands of the law enforcement officers.
Moreover, he accused the patrol officers of abusing their power, started filming the incident, and called for a new patrol by dialing 102, while his vehicle was directed to a tow lot.
Despite his attempts to obstruct the actions of the Patrol Police officers, the driver's identity was established. The testing confirmed that he was in a state of alcohol intoxication. As a result, he was taken to the police station.
