The incident took place on the evening of November 15 at the intersection of Baytik Baatyr Street and the Southern Highway, where the patrol police detained a BMW X5 with tinted front windows, which is against the law.
During the document check, instead of the originals, the driver decided to show a photo of his license on his phone screen, to which patrol officer Jusupov explained that such a form of presentation is unacceptable. To confirm his credentials, either original documents or their display through the "Tündük" application is required.
Despite the driver claiming that he forgot the documents at home and could bring them later, this did not exempt him from responsibility for the violation. As a result, a report was drawn up against him, and the car was impounded.
