The incident took place around 20:30. A 23-year-old driver of a "Hovo" truck was traveling west on Shabdan Baatyr Street, following a "Subaru Forester." Suddenly, he encountered a concrete block that was on the roadway without any warning signs. As a result, the truck driver lost control and collided with a passenger car, which veered sharply to the side after the impact and nearly hit a pedestrian.
As a result of the incident, the driver of the "Subaru" was injured and diagnosed with a broken arm.
According to the Patrol Police Department, the asphalt work was being carried out by the construction company OsOO "Tekhnotop." Instead of installing the necessary road signs, they left a concrete block on the road. As a result of the violation, protocols were drawn up, and the company was fined 75,000 soms.
According to the Ministry of Justice, OsOO "Tekhnotop" has been registered since February 4, 1998, and was re-registered on September 21, 2021. The company is managed by Oleg Olegovich Vyslevskiy, and among the founders are Anatoly Anatolyevich Gorbunov, Oleg Petrovich Sekhin, and Yevgeny Sergeyevich Timoshenko.
