The incident occurred on November 9 at around three o'clock in the morning. While patrolling the Southern Highway, Jusupov noticed a driver in a "Mercedes" performing a drift, creating a dangerous situation on the road.
After stopping the vehicle, the offender, perplexed, referred to the inspector as a "ghost," as he had not noticed him.
